Bucket List: Full Marathon ✅

What an experience!! It has been 1 year and 4 months since I set a goal to improve my health and lose weight. When I started I had no idea I could accomplish such a feat. I was in the worst shape of my life with little to no stamina and if you would have told me that I would be able to run a FULL MARATHON I would have called you crazy. I would like to say that this was not easy and may be the hardest thing that I have ever finished.  I started by walking, then jogging a little bit, running a 5K then a 15K. After that I ran a half marathon and crazy enough set my sights on completing a full marathon. Thanks to diet, training and healthy supplements I was able to complete the course. Diet is so important and getting the right nutrition through supplements is key. I faithfully take Probiotic 30, Digestive Enzymes and Men’s Daily Vitamin Pack on a daily basis. I believe that these supplements have given me a competitive advantage toward achieving my goals.

Marathoners have earned my respect and adoration. My biggest fear (literally I had nightmares weeks and days before the marathon) was that I wouldn’t make it to mile 20 before the cut off time and I would have to be taken by bus to the finish line and not be allowed to complete the course. Thankfully I made it before the cut off time and got to finish the whole 26.2 miles.

I am a very goal oriented person. I set this goal and told everyone that I was going to do it. Accountability was key for me achieving this goal. There were many times during training that I wanted to give up. I accomplished it and I’m so glad I did. For those of you out there thinking of running a marathon I say GO FOR IT! Just don’t ask me to join you this may have been my first and last.
